Dawn is an absolutely amazing stylist. When I wanted straighter, less frizzy hair, she applied the smoothing keratin treatment, gave me a great cut, and introduced me to a miraculous straightener and hair care products. I could finally get the “salon straightened” look every day! During a recent hair cut, she asked if I wanted to try something different. I’ve worn my stick-straight hair the exact same way my entire life, so I nervously said yes. Dawn recommended I get a body wave (aka “perm”) and showed me pictures of what to expect. I completely trust Dawn’s expertise, so I said yes. I sure am glad I did! I can easily wear my hair so many different ways with very little effort. My husband loves my sexy beach curls and my friends don’t believe that I have a perm when I straighten it. Thank you Dawn for adding some “fun” to my hair! I don’t know what I’d do without you.

When I think of great hair & how to achieve it I think of Dawn and how through the years she has not only styled and colored my hair but she has saved it time and time again Her extensive knowledge and passion for hair creates a sense of comfort and security in knowing that anything she does to your hair you know she has its best interest in mind. My mom has had her hair done by Dawn for as long as I can remember and now we are both customers of Dawn who travel 6 hours just to make sure it gets done right and only taken care of in the hands of Dawn Bacchi. Never have I had a hair dresser who is so passionate about what she does that she takes the time to explain what is is she is doing and why she decides to work your hair through certain steps in a language that can be understood by people who dont know a single thing about hair!!!

Dawn is the best! I always feel and look great after she styles my hair. She has such a positive attitude and is such an “upper” to be around, that my mood is as good as my hairstyle when she’s finished. I have been going to Dawn for more years than I can remember, and I have always left her shop looking and feeling great. Lately, my hair has become quite a challenge for me. As a "blonde" brunette, one of my biggest challenges prior to discovering Dawn is that it was difficult to achieve any level of consistancy between highlight and color. From the moment I sit down in Dawns chair, I feel like my objectives are her objectives. Her focus, efficiency and accuracy make her like no other stylist I've ever been to. I know at that moment, I am her priority and when I leave that chair..............I will look like a million bucks!

Dawn is great! I have been going to her for over six years and I love my hair every time i get out of her chair. Dawn is a fun, outgoing, entergetic person with extensive knowledge in hair color and styling.
